The executive team of this Privately Held company needed a space that worked for them, and the employees. They leased a full floor plate in downtown DC, and we dedicated part of it to the Execuitve’s office, reception, & conferencing space. The other portion of the floorplan housed the company’s employees. And in the middle joining the two - a communal pantry. Because food and views are always the best way to join people together.
